A cosplayer of Costa Rica will travel to Panama during the month of July for the big event Anime Opening 2010 with expenses paid . The winner selection will take place via virtual under the contest called "Cosplay Contest Virtual CR - Road to 2010 Anime Opening Panama."

The winner will also be considered Special Guest Event.

Special Guest The future will travel to Panama in the company of the delegation made up of the travel package purchased the Panama Anime Opening armed by the sponsoring agency.

Rules for participants:
1. General Standards :
a. This regulation aims to ensure the proper implementation of "Virtual Cosplay Contest CR - Road to 2010 Panama Anime Opening", ensuring equal conditions for all registrants.

f. Participation in the Cosplay Contest Contest Virtual CR - Road to 2010 Anime Opening Panama "means the acceptance of these terms and expressly waive any claim against JSPOTPANAMA.COM, Bocaracá TEAM as organizers of the contest, to tour ARTOURS and advisers as sponsors.


2. Registration on competitions: a.
Only members of the cosplayers who has control your photo + a picture of the real character of the contest e-mail (jspotpanama@hotmail.com) with your details (Name, Phone, Cell, e-mail, facebook, forum nickname, character's name) b.
Registration begins on Saturday June 1 and close on June 25, 2010. There will be no extension without exception. Had to be announced by the web and web www.jspotpanama.com Anime official opening c. 2010
The cosplayer must be over 18 years. must comply with all legal requirements and judicial set for departure.
d. The photo must be in jpeg format no less than 800 x 600 pixels.


3. On the costumes and characters Show:
a. The character portrayed must be based on characters from anime, manga, comics, video games, starwars or film. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify the origin of his character.
b. The dress or disguise must be handmade. Prefabricated costumes are not accepted. Should have bought a costume piece, this must be clearly amended. The organizer reserves the right to ask the candidates the necessary documents and information to confirm the origin of the suit, the materials used and the manufacturing process.


4. About Assessment:
a. The evaluation is done by voting through Jspotpanama forum. The administrator will create a post whose address is: Forums / OPENING ANIME 2010 / "Cosplay Contest Virtual CR - Road to Anime Opening 2010." And they create a nickname survey with participants and the Photos submitted.
b. To rate the user must have at least 10 post in the forum, you can choose only one of the participants cosplayer. The user may only vote once.
c. the vote will take place from June 28 until July 9, 2010.
d. The winner is the user who receives the most votes during the voting period. The winner will be announced officially during the 10 to 12 July in www.jspotpanama.com and its official website Anime Opening 2010.


5. About Awards:
a. The entrant agrees to receive the award in the manner described prescribed in this regulation. This is not transferable and no cash equivalent issued under any conditions.
b. The contest "Cosplay Contest Virtual CR - Road to Anime Opening 2010" has a unique prize consists of a trip to the 2010 Anime Opening to be held in Panama City. The package includes shuttle bus return, food and lodging facilities, transportation to the event, the entry will be consecrated as a Special Guest - Costa Rica in the event, so you will be given space on stage for presentation. The cosplayer can enjoy all the activities in Anime Opening 2010.
c. The cosplayer winner must be willing to travel outside the country. If the winner can not travel cosplayer is replaced by the ranked second and so on. Absence of a cosplayer available for claiming the prize, the organization may claim the prize on their behalf.
d. The cosplayer winner agrees to make a presentation on stage for at least 3 minutes on stage during the event. If you use music to bring music in CD format, not digital.
